We arrange private driving and transfers. When you enquire, we confirm a price for the specific trip. A booking is confirmed once we reply and agree the details with you.
Prices are given on booking and depend on the vehicle, route, time and group size. The price we confirm is the price for the trip as described. Changes on the day, such as extra stops or waiting, may change the price, and we will tell you if so.
Tell us as early as you can if your plans change. We will do our best to adjust. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the trip you cancel and will be made clear when you book.
We track your arrival and aim to be there on time, allowing for the local traffic and, where relevant, your flight or ferry. We cannot be responsible for delays outside our control, such as road closures or severe weather, but we will always keep you informed.
Please treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Seat belts must be worn. The driver may decline to carry passengers who are unsafe to travel.
