We run the whole wedding-day fleet in and around Split. The car that carries the couple, and the vans, minibuses and coaches that move guests between the ceremony, the venue and the party. One plan, one driver team, one person to call who knows the day runs to a schedule.

A lot of Dalmatian weddings spread across the map. The vows might be inside Diocletian's Palace or a small chapel out at Salona, drinks somewhere along the Riva, and dinner at a konoba up the Cetina valley near Omis or past Trogir. Guests get moved more than once, and the old town is closed to cars, so vehicles stop at the edge and people walk the last bit. Most couples marry in July and August, which is exactly when the coast road backs up worst. We build the timing around all of that, with staging points and drivers who know the lanes behind the palace.

The car the couple rides in, clean and quiet, ready for the door photo and the drive between venues. 1 to 3 guests.
1-3 guests
For the immediate family or the bridal party, close behind the lead car so nobody gets separated. 4 to 8 guests.
4-8 guests
One load of guests from the ceremony to dinner without splitting them across four taxis. 9 to 20 guests.
9-20 guests
The full guest list moved in a single run to a venue outside town, and back after the party. 20 to 55 guests.
20-55 guests
Extra care for the couple or older relatives, arranged quietly for the parts of the day that matter most.
on request
A vehicle a guest can roll straight into, so grandparents reach the ceremony the same way as everyone else.

Planeside handling at SPU for a guest or the couple flying in, met on the tarmac and driven straight on.
planeside coordinationThe car that carries the couple, held at the ready between the ceremony, the photo stops and the dinner, with a driver who waits and does not rush you.
Loops between hotels, the ceremony and the venue so guests are not hunting for taxis in the heat or getting lost near the palace.
One coach that takes the whole party from a town ceremony to a konoba in the hills and brings everyone back at the end of the night.
Meeting wedding guests at SPU across arrival day and grouping them into vans or a minibus rather than scattered transfers.
Quiet early pickups for hair, makeup and the venue setup, timed before the coast road fills up.
Getting a tired party to the ferry, back to hotels or out to the airport the next morning without anyone missing a boat.
The venues, the rough timings and how many guests need moving. Even a draft runsheet is enough for us to start.
We match cars, vans and coaches to each leg, add buffer for summer traffic, and pick where vehicles stage near the pedestrian zones.
On the day one coordinator holds the schedule and the drivers move to it, so you can forget about logistics.
“They ran three cars for us plus a coach for the guests. The bridal car driver waited through a very long photo session on Marjan without a word, and the coach still had everyone at dinner before us. That was the whole point.”
“Forty guests flew into SPU across one afternoon. Instead of a dozen taxis they grouped everyone into two minibuses and had us at the hotel together. Made the welcome drinks actually start on time.”
“Our venue was out past Trogir and we were worried about the summer traffic. The driver clearly knew a way around the worst of the coast road, because we were never late once all day.”
Tell us the trip and we reply within minutes, any hour of the day.
Send the venues, your date and roughly how many guests need moving. We will come back with a fleet plan and timing for the day. Price is given once we have the details.
Yes, that is the main thing we do. One team covers the bridal car and all the guest vans, minibuses and coaches, coordinated under a single plan so nothing clashes.
The old town is pedestrian, so cars cannot drive to the door. We drop as close to the edge as vehicles are allowed and the couple and guests walk the short final stretch. We know the closest staging points.
Usually yes. Tell us the exact location and we will confirm access for the coach and plan the route, including where it can turn and park at a rural konoba.
We build extra time into every leg and our drivers use back routes when the coast road and the centre jam up. Coaches leave a little early so guests are never arriving after the couple.
Yes. SPU is about 24 km out at Kastela, near Trogir. We meet guests across arrival day and group them into vans or a minibus rather than sending everyone separately.
We do. Ask for the wheelchair-accessible vehicle and we will make sure any guest who needs it reaches the ceremony and dinner along with everyone else.
